By downloading or using GutLedger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GutLedger is a gut health and IBS tracking application for iOS and Android. It allows users to log food intake, symptoms, medication, mood, sleep, and other health data. The App is available as a free download with an optional GutLedger Pro subscription.
3. Health Disclaimer
GutLedger is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, medication, or treatment plan.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.
5. In-App Purchases
GutLedger Pro is available as an optional subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within GutLedger is the property of Cyber-Jack. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber-Jack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
